Solar Eclipse Dinner at Ashley Court with Chef Gerald Pospischil

Join us to see if we can catch a glimpse of the solar Eclipse at Ashley Court and then enjoy our high summer garden dining experience!

Arrivals from 6 pm – garden open
We will head up hill for the best west facing views at 6.10
The eclipse starts 6.18 and reaches maximum coverage 7.15
We will make our way down to the lawn for dinner at about 7.30
Sensible shoes advised!

We are delighted to host talented, plant-forward Chef Gerald Pospischil who specialises in the flavours of the Mediterranean and Middle East for this Solar Eclipse dinner featuring the best of our Walled kitchen Garden’s summer harvest. Expect lots of fresh and vibrant Mezze style dishes, home-made dips, breads and pickles as well as delicious desserts and paired local wines, cider and perry, perfect for sharing in a small or large group. Long tables laid out on the lawn give us a relaxed and informal dining space in the warm evening sun (or indoor dining if there is any rain!)
